Becoming a leader of a team may be challenging and requires a lot of balancing between people management, multiple deadlines and dealing with continuous pressure to deliver. Navigating through these waters requires some help. The good news is that you do not have to go through the navigation alone as coaching can help you in this process. This package of executive coaching services includes 10 individual sessions. Sessions are held in-person or online typically once a month. This program is specifically designed for women who are balancing multiple tasks and pressure in their daily work. Through the coach-led process, we explore how a woman can identify areas of her growth and find her authentic voice in her personal and professional realm. Research
Based on needs of clients, NMC conducts and prepares research which may include desk review, focus group or interviews based on the needs of the company. Methodology is agreed upon prior to the research. Research may include, but it is not limited to policy analysis, guidance for policy change, etc. Terms of reference is discussed with the client along with the methodology.
